Charles Barkley has always been in headlines with his knack. This time, he highlighted the color of NBA season resume.
“100 percent sure”
Charles Barkley appeared in a show “Inside the NBA” and discussed the possible NBA season resume.
“We’re gonna make a decision in the next week,” Barkley said about the NBA season resume. “I’m 100 percent sure we’re going to play. I know my friends in Major League Baseball are going to play. I think that the hockey league is going to play. I think the pro football and the college football, they have to sit back and see how it goes for us,” He said.
Charles has the charm to be in the top story, but the question is, was just he speculating? Or something in the back was happening soon. But later, he was speaking based on a conversation with TNT.
“I do know this, talking to my bosses at Turner,” Barkley said. “We’re going to play basketball. It’s going to be in Florida and (Las) Vegas, or just Florida,” He added.
Future of season?
While the situation comes ahead, a decision has to be made to the public the information about the fate of the NBA season 2019-2020. And if the NBA has straight plans regarding the suspended season, they must be going through ‘possible’ and risk-free way to continue the season with taking all necessary measures to keep the well-being of officials and staff.

However, about the possible Start, reports are coming that NBA in talks with Disney to continue the season at the Wide World Arena, where teams to be isolated if the restart happens.
One of ESPN’s reporter, Adrian Wojnarowski, took on twitter and tweeted: “The NBA’s Michele Roberts is conducting team-by-team conference calls with players, detailing talks with NBA on formats for the resumption of play in Orlando, financial implications of those options and gathering feedback, sources tell ESPN.”
A group of players had a conference call and all-agreed upon the restart of the season. The group includes The likes of James LeBron, Anthony Davis, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Kawhi Leonard agreed over the NBA season resume with all safety measures.
Charles Barkley, the man sure about “resume,” did bring up some concerns about playoffs in case players get sick.
“You can’t stop the playoffs,” Barkley said. “I think a team’s gonna have to just forfeit a series. If any of their players —not even their best player, gets the virus.”
“You’re going to have to sequester the entire team, and they’re gonna have to forfeit a round of the playoffs. They’re gonna be gone from the playoffs,” he brought up concerns.
Social distancing practice during a match? Another concern.

“The key is gonna be the players,” Barkley said. “I mean, listen — big basketball players pushing on each other in the lane, fighting for rebounds and post position, there’s no way they can make the social distance.”
“You got to worry — they say they’re gonna put them in a hotel for two or three months. I’m like, ‘Well, are the maids gonna be in the hotel for two or three months?’ The maids are gonna go home every day. What about the people in the room service? They’re gonna go home every day. So it’s just a lot of unanswered questions,” He spoke.
